We differentiate ourselves in three distinct ways:
1. We buy all our properties at auction.
But wait a minute - buying at auction - isn't that risky?
Yes and no. Auctions offer a great opportunity to obtain true Below Market Value properties. However, like anything when it comes to investing, you need to know what you're doing.
As auction specialists, we not only know the pitfalls to look out for, but also given our intimate knowledge of the local area, we can discern a good deal from a bad deal in a matter of minutes, so you never end up overpaying for your property deals.
2. We only invest in high yielding areas.
Unlike places like London, which has seen massive capital appreciation, the Liverpool market still offers double digit returns for investors if they know where to look.
This is where we come in. Since we're based in Liverpool we know the market on a street by street basis. This means you get to leverage our intel about the local area which you won't find on Google or Rightmove.
3. We target the single family market.
Having an investment property lie vacant for weeks or months kills your investment returns.
By targeting the single family market (as opposed to young professional, student, HMO, or short term lets), we're tapping into the most stable tenant profile that exists. Once families find a nice place to rent, they tend to stay for a long time. That means rather than void periods, you have long term, sustainable and predictable rental income for your portfolio, with very little management time.

How it works

Step 1: Agree the Objective

Based on our initial consultation we'll present a plan that fits your needs, and you can give the go ahead or adjust as needed.

Step 3: Execute the Mission
We begin sourcing property deals for you. In each case you'll get a deal information summary and an opportunity to ask questions ahead of time, to make sure you're happy to proceed.
